My name’s Laura, and I’ve been a passionate hospitality sales leader for the last 20 years.
That passion has led to the creation of Dole Sales & Consulting, focused on generating revenue for your hotel properties through sales management, training, and consulting — where my expertise in creating authentic connections with every client is the most important factor in sustaining longevity and growth YOY for your hotel property.
Born and raised in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, I’ve spent my 20-year career in sales, real estate, and professional search consulting — with the majority of that time spent in hotel sales, nurturing strong client relationships.
Having worked on-site at several hotel properties, as well as for various ownership and management companies, I’ve had the opportunity to refine my sales skills while representing dozens of internationally respected hotel and resort brands.
With a specialization in multi-property sales, my passion for ‘chasing the sale’ is only eclipsed by my passion for client servicing and developing genuine long-lasting professional relationships that continue to lead to sales opportunities to this day.
When I’m not busy connecting with clients, you can find me spending quality time with family and friends, keeping active with Hunter my Golden Doodle, or settling in with a glass of my favourite Nova Scotian red wine.
