Based on a competitive flat-fee structure, get the biggest return on your investment by allowing our team to proactively generate revenue into your hotel properties through an inclusive approach to market research, prospecting, and sales calls.

  • Each hotel property is different — that’s why we’ll start with a robust and strategic review of your property, local market trends, and what your competitive landscape looks like.

  • Every great plan begins with a solid strategy. Based on our review of your property, we’ll work with your team, your hotel’s brand resources, and your local destination marketing organization to build a strategic plan that outlines the steps we’ll be taking to grow revenue in a way that makes most sense for your property.

 
  • Once a strategic sales plan is in place for your property, our team will conduct weekly qualified prospecting sales calls, regular in-person site visits, and attend regional/national trade shows (as appropriate).

  • From qualified leads come proposals for group and business rates. We’ll prepare proposals, quote on business, execute on contracts for your property, and provide a monthly review of business booked and market conditions.
